Qualifications & Experience:

5—10 years Of experience in corporate legal advisory and company secretarial functions.
LL.B and B.L (Compulsory); LLM or related postgraduate law degree is an advantage.
Membership in ICSAN, Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), or relevant professional bodies.
Desirable:

LL.M Or certifications in corporate governance, arbitration, or compliance.
Exposure to handling litigation or overseeing legal representation in corporate matters.


Skills & Competencies:

Demonstrated experience working with executive leadership and regulatory institutions.
Familiarity with company secretarial software and document management tools.
Strong knowledge Of CAC regulations, Nigerian corporate law.
Proven expertise in drafting contracts, board resolutions, NDAs, and MOUs.
Excellent understanding of corporate governance, legal risk, and regulatory advisory.
