Job Summary

The incumbent will be an experienced and forward-thinking Senior HR to lead our HR initiatives in a dynamic tech-driven environment.
This role is critical in supporting our high- growth IT organization by aligning HR strategies with business goals, nurturing top tech talent, and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and performance.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership: Partner with executive leadership to shape HR strategy that supports business growth and agility in a fast-paced tech environment.
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding: Drive recruitment strategies to attract top- tier tech talent in areas like software development, DevOps, data science, and cybersecurity. Build and promote a strong employer brand across digital platforms and tech communities.
Performance Management: Implement and manage performance management systems by ensuring continuous feedback and career development pathways for technical teams.
Employee Engagement: Foster a culture that values transparency, continuous learning, and psychological safety. Use data-driven insights to improve retention and employee satisfaction.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI): Champion DEI programs to build a diverse and inclusive workforce reflective of the global tech community.
HR Operations & Compliance: Oversee core HR functions including payroll, benefits, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws in multiple jurisdictions (especially if operating in global markets).
Learning & Development: Create and scale training programs for technical upskilling, leadership development, and soft skills enhancement.
Technology-Driven HR: Leverage HRIS, ATS, and analytics tools to streamline HR processes and deliver actionable workforce insights.
Any other duties as may be assigned.


Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HR leadership role within a tech or IT organization.
Deep understanding of challenges in recruiting and retaining tech talent.
Strong knowledge of employment regulations, especially in tech hubs or multi-country setups.
Proven track record in organizational development, change management, and strategic HR planning.
Familiarity with modern HR tools (e.g., SeamlessHR, SAP, TALLY etc.).
Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
