Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Care Representative to join our team at our healthcare facility in Lekki Phase 1.


Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our clients
* Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Resolve client complaints and issues promptly
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless client experience


Requirements

* 1-2 years of working experience in customer service or client care
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
* Residency within Ikate, Igboefon, and its environs is mandatory.
