Role

* Greeting customers warmly and assisting with inquires regarding products, services, billing and other related issues.
* Identifying customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
* Handling customer complaints or service issues professionally and empathetically.
* Following up with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction.
* Ensuring the Workspace is clean, organized and that promotional materials are up-to-date and well displayed.
* Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and progress.
* Following up with customers to build long-term customer relationships.
* Up-selling and cross-selling services to meet customer needs.
* Maintaining knowledge of current promotions, products and company policies.
* Participating in team meetings, training sessions and performance reviews.
