About the Role

We are a dynamic and inclusive learning center dedicated to supporting children with special needs.
We are currently seeking a vibrant, compassionate, and organized female Administrative Assistant to join our team.
This role requires a cheerful personality, attention to detail, and a genuine love for children and service.


Key Responsibilities

Welcome parents, visitors, and students warmly at the front desk
Manage phone calls, emails, and daily communication
Maintain student records, schedules, and appointment bookings
Support the teachers and therapists with logistics and documentation
Ensure a clean, organized, and child-friendly reception space
Help coordinate events, feedback, and parent meetings.


Requirements

OND / HND / BSc Degree in Administration, Education, or related fields
Female, age 22–35 preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and computer skills (Google Workspace, MS Office)
Warm, patient, and child-friendly attitude
Prior experience working with children or in a school setting is a plus.
