Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
* Develop and implement patient experience improvement initiatives, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
* Educate and engage staff on patient experience best practices, empathy, and communication skills.
* Serve as a patient advocate, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
* Track and analyze patient experience metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards related to patient experience.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and coordination.
* Serve as a patient advocate, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

* Oversee daily nursing operations
* Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback
* Foster a positive and supportive work environment
* Develop and implement staffing plans
* Ensure adherence to policies and procedures.

Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1-3 years work experience.
