Job Summary

We seek individuals interested in working at the intersection/nexus of consulting and impact for six (6) months. The ideal candidate will work on projects that aim to solve development issues in Africa with a focus on Monitoring & Evaluation. They will collaborate with our expert teams to develop and implement evidence-based solutions and recommendations that address our clients’ needs and deliver impact at the last mile.

Conduct research and analysis on development issues that affect our clients in Nigeria and Africa.
Infer and present research findings in clear and concise reports, briefs, and other formats.
Work with our expert team to plan and implement projects in Nigeria and across Africa.
Pick and execute a high-level project in an area of interest.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in International Development, Economics, Political Science, Sustainability or related field. Post graduate degree in development areas will be an added advantage
Minimum three years cognate experience in research and analysis
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Familiarity with research and analysis tools, such as Excel, Power BI, or GIS (Geographic Information System) tools
Experience or interest in International Development, Monitoring & Evaluation and Public Data Systems
Experience working with government agencies, NGOs (Non-governmental Organizations), or other development stakeholders in Africa
