We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales and expand our market presence for TK Elevators and Escalators.
The ideal candidate will have a Strong background in technical B2B sales, a deep understanding Of mechanical or electro-mechanical systems, and a demonstrated ability to build client relationships and exceed sales targets.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads and expand the customer base for TK Elevators and Escalators.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
promote TK Elevator solutions to developers, contractors, consultants, and facility managers.
Generate reports as required and maintain " actual vs. budget" sales performance data.

Requirements:

B.Eng./HND electrical/mechanical engineering is a must. 4-7 years Of proven experience in technical sales — preferably in elevators, escalators, industrial systems, or similar sectors.
Familiarity with industrial or building systems (e.g., air compressors, HVAC, or lift systems) is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
