We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with a focus on hiring for tech, product, and data science roles in emerging markets. The ideal candidate should have a strong recruitment background, be skilled in developing processes, have expertise in assessments, and possess talent analytics skills. They should also have experience leading and mentoring teams

Responsibilities:

Lead full-cycle recruitment process for tech, product, and data science positions in emerging markets, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies
Develop and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top talent.
Conduct market research on emerging market recruitment trends and best practices.
Utilize various recruitment channels (social media, job boards, networking events) to source and attract top talent.
Screen resumes and conduct initial screens to identify potential candidates.
Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Develop and refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency and quality of hire.
Prepare and present reports on recruitment metrics to stakeholders.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in tech, product, and data science recruitment with experience in emerging markets.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and emerging market recruitment trends.
Experience in building exceptional candidate experience and creating effective recruitment strategies.
Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering positive outcomes through effective team management.
Ability to work in a high-growth environment and manage multiple priorities.
Experience developing and refining recruitment processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience using recruitment software and social media for recruitment purposes.
