Role Description

* This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Abuja.
* The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, conducting property tours, negotiating sales contracts, and managing customer relationships.
* Day-to-day tasks include meeting sales targets, maintaining property listings, providing detailed information about available plots, and coordinating with financial institutions to assist clients with financing options.

Qualifications

* Sales, Negotiation, and Customer Relationship Management skills
* Experience in Real Estate Sales and Property Management
* Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM Software
* Knowledge of the local real estate market in Abuja
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field
* Professional certification in real estate (preferred)
