At RYNO, we are committed to ensuring the safety and security of our assets, employees, and clients. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Chief Security Officer (CSO) to lead our security operations and develop strategies to mitigate risks.

YOU'LL GET TO

* Develop and implement a comprehensive security strategy to protect company assets, personnel, and information.
* Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses; identify potential threats and develop mitigation strategies.
* Create and enforce security policies, procedures, and guidelines; ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
* Lead the response to security incidents and breaches; conduct investigations and coordinate with law enforcement as necessary.
* Oversee the security of company facilities, including access control, surveillance systems, and security personnel.
* Collaborate with IT to protect company data and systems; implement cybersecurity measures and protocols.
* Develop and maintain emergency response plans and business continuity strategies; conduct drills and training sessions.
* Provide security training and awareness programs for employees; ensure staff are informed about security protocols and procedures.
* Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures; use protective gear.
* Manage relationships with security service providers and vendors; oversee the procurement and maintenance of security equipment.
* Develop and manage the security budget; allocate resources effectively to address security needs.
* Prepare and present reports on security status, incidents, and initiatives to senior management and stakeholders.
* Stay updated on the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices; implement improvements as necessary.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

* Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
* 5 years+ experience as a Chief Security Officer or in a similar senior security management role.
* Relevant certifications such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or similar.
* Strong knowledge of security management practices, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.
* Experience with physical security, cybersecurity, and incident response.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
