We are currently seeking a skilled Operations/Logistics Manager to oversee our logistics & operations department and also, contribute to our success.

YOU'LL GET TO...

* Oversee the management of inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels of vehicles, parts, and accessories.
* Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of vehicles and parts.
* Manage the receipt, inspection, and distribution of incoming vehicles and parts; oversee the shipping process for outgoing products.
* Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and meet dealership goals.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers; negotiate contracts and terms.
* Ensure accurate and timely completion of all logistics-related documentation, including shipping manifests, delivery receipts, and inventory records.
* Lead, train, and motivate a team of logistics, operations and warehouse staff; ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
* Collaborate with the sales and service departments to ensure customer orders and deliveries are fulfilled accurately and on time.
* Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
* Ensure all logistics activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

* 5 years+ experience as an Operations or Logistics Manager or similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.
* Relevant certifications in logistics or supply chain management (preferred).
* Relevant certifications or training in automotive quality control.
* Strong knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, and inventory control.
* Strong knowledge of automotive systems, repair processes, and quality control standards.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Proficiency in logistics software and systems.
* Strong leadership and team management abilities.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
* Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
