We are currently seeking a friendly and dedicated Assistant Customer Care Representative to join our team and contribute to our mission.

YOU'LL GET TO..

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat; provide accurate information and assistance.
Identify and resolve customer issues promptly; escalate complex problems to senior staff or relevant departments.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions; document all inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to provide informed assistance to customers.
Gather customer feedback and report recurring issues to help improve products and services.
Work hand in hand with the sales manager and other team members as needed; contribute to a positive team environment.
Suggest improvements to customer service, sales and workshop team and help implement best practices.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Bachelors degree or OND in mass communication or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
3 years+ experience in a customer service role.
Relevant certifications or training in customer service (preferred).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.
Good organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Familiarity with customer service software and tools.
Friendly and empathetic demeanor.
