Scope of Work:

The Primary Responsibilities Of The Corper

1. Support the team lead with clerical and administrative tasks in her office.
2. Support the Team Members with scanning and photocopying tasks where applicable.
3. Actively participate in planning meetings and delivering all allocated tasks. These may include but not limited to filling of travel/activity forms, and setting the workshop/meeting venue (Projector, flip chat etc).
4. Support Teams in Note taking during Propcom+ organized sessions, meetings/workshops/events.
5. Support Teams in raising of program-related requests, and payment vouchers for payment/filing of documents. Also, they shall assist with other document-handling procedures.
6. And any other task as assigned by superior staff in the office Team.ligion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
