Description

In this role, you'll lead the planning and execution of impactful social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and Snapchat.
You'll collaborate with content creators, drive audience engagement, and run targeted ad campaigns to boost visibility and conversions.
While you won't be handling photography or videography, your creative direction will shape our digital storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute multi-platform social strategies.
* Plan and manage content calendars in collaboration with creators.
* Drive community engagement and respond to followers.
* Analyze performance metrics and report insights.
* Run paid campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and sales.
* Ensure brand voice and consistency across all platforms.

What We’re Looking For

* Candidates should possess relevant qualifications in a related field with experience.
* 3 - 5 years of experience in social media management (Real Estate or Hospitality preferred).
* Proven track record of growing social presence and driving results.
* Strong copywriting, planning, and analytical skills.
* Ability to create graphic content using tools like AI, Canva, Photoshop, etc.
* Proficiency in scheduling, SEO, and analytics tools.
* Self-starter with excellent communication and time management.
