Job Summary

We are seeking a creative, media-savvy, and detail-oriented Content & PR Associate to help amplify our brand voice across multiple platforms and build strong media and influencer relationships.
This role is ideal for a skilled communicator who loves travel, has a sharp eye for content trends, and thrives in a fast-paced, story-rich environment.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Strategy:

* Develop compelling written, visual, and multimedia content for blogs, newsletters, social media, and website.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with seasonal campaigns, product launches, and customer interests.
* Conduct destination research and craft engaging travel narratives and guides.
* Assist in developing and maintaining the content calendar.

Public Relations & Media Outreach:

* Support PR campaigns and press outreach to promote brand visibility in travel, lifestyle, and business media.
* Draft press releases, media kits, and pitches tailored to different markets and journalists.
* Help coordinate influencer partnerships, press trips, and media events.
* Monitor media coverage and compile regular PR performance reports.

Brand & Community Engagement:

* Maintain a consistent tone of voice across all channels aligned with brand guidelines.
* Monitor and engage with our community on social media platforms in collaboration with the social media team.
* Support crisis communication planning and rapid response efforts when needed.
