Job description

1. Maintain updated knowledge of all products and services in order to provide adequate education/information to customers.
2. Cross sell other products and services
3. Make product and service suggestions to meet the customer's specific needs
4. Promptly respond and attend to customer questions and requests.
5. Answer customer questions and provide information to resolve any issues
6. Obtain necessary information from customers to adequately process their request
7. Document important customer information for future reference
8. Collect and record customer feedback and information, and share with appropriate departments and team members
9. Generate interest in new products or services and connect customers with salespeople when required
10. Foster and maintain relationships with customers to improve our retention rate
11. Attend all required customer service-related meetings
12. Perform mathematical calculations regarding sales and inventory.
13. Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reporting of activities/Tasks
14. Candidate must have at least WAEC/NECO RESULT AND NIN SLIP
`5. Proximity to Isolo (Iyana Isolo Road) , Lagos will be considered.
