Job Responsibilities

* Welcome customers with a cheerful face upon entrance
* Attend to customers professionally
* Receive/make calls and send messages
* Good communication skills
* Input all customers information and details on the system correctly without error
* Ensure to proffer a timely resolution to customers complaint in a professional manner
* Interface closely with other department to ensure the company business needs are met, as well as Customer needs.
* Entering all online documents as at when due
* Collecting and analyzing customer's feedback
* Processing billing
* Ensuring complete customer satisfaction
* Be the face and image of the company.

Requirements

* Candidates should possess an HND / BSc qualification with 1+ years relevant work experience.
* Must have good communications skill both oral and written
* Must be computer literate
* Must be a female
* Must residues be detail oriented
* Must be an active listener
* Must reside in Wuse II and environs
* Must be young and active
* Must be able to multitask
* Must be patient
* Ability to show empathy
* Must be friendly.
