Job Description

1. Greeting customers warmly and assisting with inquiries regarding products, services, billing, and other related issues.
2. Identifying customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
3. Handling customer complaints or service issues professionally and empathetically.
4. Following up to ensure customer satisfaction and building long-term customer relationships.
5. Ensuring the outlet is clean, organized, and that promotional materials are up-to-date and well-displayed.
6. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and progress.
7. Following up with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction.
8. Upselling and cross-selling services to meet customer needs.
9. Maintaining knowledge of current promotions, products, and company policies.
10. Participating in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
