Job Description:

We are looking for a hardworking, intelligent, and results-driven Female Sales Expert to help us drive sales, manage customer relationships, and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
Manage online sales channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Website, etc.)
Engage and follow up with potential and existing customers
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
Provide excellent customer service before and after sales
Maintain customer database and records
Assist in the preparation of marketing campaigns
Report directly to the Sales Manager/CEO
Requirements:

Female, preferably aged 21–35 years
Must reside within or around Gbagada Phase 2, Lagos
Minimum of OND, HND, or B.Sc. in any field
3+ years experience in sales, telesales, or e-commerce (preferred but not compulsory)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
Good organizational and time management abilities
Comfortable with using smartphones, social media, and basic computer tools
Energetic, positive attitude, and self-driven
