What Role You Will Play in our Team

.Assist with financial analysis, planning, budgeting, invoice processing, compliance, and project support to enhance financial operations of the facilities management team.
.This includes preparing financial reports, managing accounts payable and receivable, and supporting audit activities,cost monitoring, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and utilizing financial systems and tools

What You Will Do

.List the set of primary job duties, tasks, and functions specific to the position:

.Financial Analysis and Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports, analyzing financial data, and providing insights to support decision-making.

.Budgeting and Forecasting: Participate in the budgeting and forecasting processes, including data collection, analysis, and reporting, budget stewardship and performance with partners.

.Accounts Payable and Receivable: Support the management of accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.

.Compliance and Audit Support: Assist in ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies, and support audit activities.

.Cost Control and Management: Help monitor and control costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support financial efficiency initiatives.

.Financial Systems and Tools: Utilize financial systems and tools to manage and analyze financial data, and support system improvements.

.Project Support: Provide financial support for various facilities maintenance and project activities, including data analysis, reporting, and financial modeling

About You

.Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program within the past two years.
.Degrees & certifications required for the job should be listed here, listing ‘B.S. or equivalent work experience’ in this section is acceptable if an actual degree is not required
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields with a minimum of Second Class Upper.
