Job Summary

.We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our finance team.
.The ideal candidate must be currently working in an accounting firm. be responsible for managing financial reporting, audits, tax planning, compliance, and ensuring strong financial governance across the organisation.
.This role requires a proactive professional with a deep understanding of accounting standards, financial regulations, and strategic financial management.

Responsibilities

.Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards
Manage statutory audits, internal audits, and coordinate with external auditors.
.Ensure accurate and timely filing of tax returns and compliance with all direct and indirect tax regulations.
.Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
.Maintain internal controls and support the implementation of financial systems and procedures.
.Provide strategic input on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
.Monitor cash flow, working capital, and investment management.
.Analyze financial performance and provide insights to support business decisions.
.Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and industry best practices.
.Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies as needed.

Requirements

.Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from a recognized institute (e.g., ICAN, ACCA}
Minimum of 4 years of qualified experience in accounting, audit, or financial management
In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax laws.
.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
.Proficiency in accounting software.
.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
.High standards of integrity, ethics, and professionalism.
