Job Role

First Ally Trust Microfinance Bank's Marketing Team Lead is responsible for prospecting, marketing, business development, and income generation in line with the key performance indicators. The marketer is the interface between the bank and the customer and nurtures mutually beneficial relationships between both parties.

Duties and responsibilities

1. Achieve growth within the key performance indicators: liability and risk asset generation, account opening, income generation, and e-banking product offerings.
2. Evaluate the creditworthiness of customers by processing loan applications and documentation.
3. Monitors active loans and enforces collection and recoveries.
4. Ensures the achievement of all budget parameters.
5. Develop referral networks and cross-sell products and services.
6. Ensures a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent customer engagement and service delivery.
7. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
8. Expedites the resolution of complaints to maximise satisfaction and boost customer service experience.
9. Achieve a healthy portfolio and deposit mix.
10. Executes marketing strategy and develops marketing campaigns.
11. Ensures compliance with all internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
12. Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, etc.
13. Recommends changes in products, services, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
14. Identify potential loan markets and develop referral networks.
15. Perform any other duties as may be assigned by management.

Qualifications

OND/HND/BSc in social science or any other related course
Evidence of completion/exemption of/from NYSC

Experience

Previous experience in a marketing role is an advantage
