Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base
Lead and inspire the sales team, setting clear goals and providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
Monitor sales performance and KPIs, using data to optimise team output and identify new opportunities.
Build strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Oversee recruitment, training, and onboarding of new sales staff
Develop sales campaigns with broader business goals
Prepare regular sales reports
Identify market trends and competitor activity, adjusting strategy accordingly.
Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained across all sales channels.
Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective operations while maximising ROI


Requirements:

Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory and sales role
Minimum academic qualification of HND in any related discipline.
Must be fluent in English and confident
Must be computer literate and social media savvy
The candidate must reside in the Ikeja environs


Location: Ikeja, Lagos



Remuneration: NGN 200,000 Monthly
