Mom Ranch Is seeking a strong candidate to fill the role of Farm/ Ranch Manager. The manager will manage and oversee the agricultural operations and staff in the farm.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:

1. Research on the feasibility of projects based on agricultural operations expertise.
2. Collaborates with farmers and oversees the implementation of research protocols and the appropriate use of resources.
3. Manages and oversees the agricultural operations on the farm.
4. Supervises farm personnel.
5. Lead agricultural sales and farm supply chain activities.
6. Plans and develops objectives and deadlines for farm operations.
7. Recommends and implements operating policies and procedures for the farm.
8. Develops and implements a preventative maintenance program.
9. Allocates equipment and personnel resources to meet operational and research needs.
10. Ensures compliance with research protocols and workplace regulations.
11. Prepares reports, such as production reports or research project updates.
12. Solves various problems requiring analysis and interpretation of the situation in the farm using knowledge and skills gained from formerly established precedents.


Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree with 3 years of farming experience, or Master's degree in Agric or Agric Economics with 2 years of farming experience.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with farm workers and stakeholders.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A background in agricultural sales and supply chain.
