The ideal candidate will not only play and facilitate games professionally but also teach and train others, especially newcomers. This role is essential to building an engaging and inclusive gaming environment for all guests.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:

1. Set up and manage board/table games such as chess, ludo, cards, scrabble, and others.
2. Play professionally and competitively with customers to ensure a lively atmosphere.
3. Train and guide new players to improve their skills and understanding of the games.
4. Organize and supervise friendly matches, competitions, or mini-tournaments.
5. Ensure the proper handling and maintenance of all game equipment and materials.
6. Promote a positive and respectful gaming environment.
7. Support lounge events and collaborate with other team members to enhance guest experience.


Requirements:

* Must be 18 years or older.
* 1-2 years experience
* Deep passion for board/tabletop games and general gaming culture.
* Ability to play multiple games proficiently and train others patiently.
* Punctual, responsible, and professional in demeanour.
* Willing to work under pressure, including weekends and peak hours.
* Eagerness to teach, learn, and grow within a community-focused environment.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
