Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:

1. Message and respond to fashion business owners via WhatsApp, email, and Instagram
2. Clearly explain the value of our services in writing and in chat
3. Start and maintain engaging conversations that lead to client interest
4. Answer basic questions professionally and handle objections smoothly
5. Follow up consistently and keep a record of all conversations
6. Identify serious leads and forward them to the lead consultant
7. Share feedback from potential clients with the team to improve our approach


Requirements:

1. Excellent writing and communication skills
2. Strong customer service mindset
3. Confident and polite when messaging or chatting
4. Ability to persuade and convert — not just inform
5. Reliable, self-organised, and consistent with follow-ups
6. Experience using WhatsApp, Instagram, and email professionally
6. Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement is an advantage
