The Nigerian Air Force Microfinance Bank is currently looking to fill the role of Head of ICT who will be responsible for smooth running of network, computer systems, printers and other technical equipment at the bank for best users’ experience

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnose and solve hardware or software problems or replace parts if required
Manage the e-banking channel and social media pages
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks and conduct electrical safety
Set up new users' accounts and profiles, deal with password issues and provide support for domain administration tasks
Support working with vendors, service providers and other technology groups to resolve issues
Provide training to staff in the use of network services, e-mail, internet and proper usage of administrative systems.
Recommend ICT cost reduction strategies.
Assist and support appropriate server backup methodologies and technologies
Compliance with existing ICT related policies and procedures and embedding Risk Management principles within its operations
Preparation and simulation of disaster recovery action plan for Business Continuity on hardware, software and networks’ availability as well as other systems that depend on them
Provide adequate support in the maintenance of the network infrastructure
Contribute to Risk (fraud) identification and mitigation

REQUIREMENTS

B.Sc./HND or its equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any other related field.
2 years’ experience in ICT. Experience in banking or the financial sector is an advantage.
Must have completed the National Youth Service year (NYSC) or possess a certificate of exemption.
Demonstrable competency in IT management, cybersecurity, software and operating systems
Sound understanding of ICT dynamics and trends and digital marketing

Proficiency in software programming, hardware installation and repairs, network, cybersecurity and other relevant ICT tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦200,000.00 - ₦300,000.00 per month
