Manage daily administrative tasks, handle correspondence, and coordinate office activities to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities

Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
Handle client inquiries and booking coordination.
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports.
Assist with event planning for Hairxify’s initiatives.

Education

Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related fields.

Skills:

Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
Ability to multitask and work independently.

Requirements:

Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proximity to Magodo, Ikeja, or Ojodu is preferred for accessibility.
