The National Publicity Secretary of the Nigerian Bar Association, Bridget Edokwe, has bagged the Anambra Media Person of the Year 2024 award at the AMTY Awards ceremony.

In a statement issued on Thursday, the event took place on Saturday, March 21, 2025, at Stanel Dome, Awka, the Anambra State capital.

The statement reads, “Edokwe, a distinguished legal practitioner and publisher of BarristerNG.com, was recognized for her outstanding contributions to legal journalism in Nigeria. Reacting to Edokwe’s award, a former Chairman of the NBA Awka Branch and Chairperson of the 4th edition of the AMTY Awards, Mrs. Amaka Ezeno, congratulated her, describing her as a “legal information powerhouse” whose efforts in legal journalism have left an indelible mark on Nigeria’s legal landscape.
