Mixologist Vivian Osuji has emerged as the winner of the fourth season of the Irish Mixers Club Mixology Contest, hosted by Bord Bia, the Irish food board.

Osuji received a portable bar, a mixology kit, and other prizes for her victory.

The grand finale of the annual contest, held at the Irish Pub, Eko Hotel and Suites, Lagos, celebrated St. Patrick’s Day with six finalists vying for the top spot. The competitors were shortlisted from social media entries with a dedicated hashtag and a screening process.

A panel of four judges, including the founder of SVRD Beverages Co, Sughter Chichi; co-founder of Noir Restaurant, Marie Sassine; president of the Bartenders Guild of Nigeria, Emmanuel Oyira; and renowned mixologist, Berg Baboyan, evaluated the contestants based on authenticity, technique, mouthfeel, taste, and overall presentation.
