1. The 5-minute glow routine
You don’t need a 10-step skin routine to look rested. Cleanse, moisturise, sunscreen, and keep a hydrating mist in your bag for touch-ups. A properly hydrated face screams ‘I woke up like this’ even when you got minimal to no sleep.

2. Hydration, but make it bougie
Plain water? Too basic. Infuse with lemon, mint, or cucumber to make it feel decadent. Keep a chic water bottle by your side and sip like your glow depends on it—because it does.

3. Walk like you own the place

4. Snack smart

6. De-stress in 60 seconds
Deep breaths, neck stretches or blasting your favourite song in traffic—find quick ways to shake off stress. Your sanity is too expensive to lose over things you can’t control.

7. Boundaries are self-care too
Soft life is saying ‘no’ to energy vampires. Protect your peace, delegate where possible, and make room for things that bring you joy. Wellness is not solely green smoothies; it’s selecting yourself daily and choosing peace.
