Job Description

* Are you organized, proactive, and passionate about customer service and team leadership? Lauvee Beauty Salon is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our growing team.


Responsibilities

* Support the Salon Manager in daily operations and overall team supervision
* Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
* Manage appointment bookings and front desk activities
* Oversee staff schedules, performance, and attendance
* Assist with inventory control and stock management
* Coordinate marketing efforts and customer engagement initiatives
* Maintain cleanliness and compliance with hygiene standards
* Handle basic administrative tasks and reporting duties


Requirements

* BSc or HND in Business Administration, Office Management, or a relevant field
* Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory or managerial role
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in basic office tools and customer management systems is an added advantage
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
