Job Overview

* We are seeking a proactive and experienced HSE Coordinator to join their team in Victoria Island.
* The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and the company’s internal standards.


Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures.
* Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.
* Lead safety training and awareness programs for staff and contractors.
* Monitor and report on HSE performance and compliance.
* Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
* Liaise with regulatory bodies on HSE matters.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HSE legislation and best practices.


Requirements

* Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
* Minimum of 5 years relevant HSE experience in the Oil & Gas sector (Upstream preferred).
* Professional HSE certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent).
* In-depth knowledge of Nigerian HSE regulations.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.


Salary
N500,000 Net monthly.
