Job Title: Human Resources Management System (HRMS) Documentation Officer
Location: Ogijo, Ikorodu - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time


Job Summary

* We are currently hiring for the position of HRMS Documentation Officer to support our Human Resources team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensuring the smooth documentation process within our HR Management System (HRMS).


Key Responsibilities

* Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS database
* Ensure all HR documentation (contracts, memos, letters, forms, etc.) is properly stored and organized
* Support the digitization of employee files and records
* Ensure compliance with documentation standards and internal HR processes
* Assist with audits and reporting based on HR data


Requirements

* B.Sc. or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
* 1–2 years’ experience in HR support or documentation roles
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Proficiency in using HRMS platforms and Microsoft Office tools
* Excellent communication and administrative skills.
