Job Title: Recruitment Specialist
Locations: Abuja (FCT), Kaduna and Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time


Summary

* We are seeking experienced Recruitment Specialists to join our dynamic HR team across our manufacturing sites in Abuja, Kaduna, and Lagos.
* The ideal candidates will have a strong background in talent acquisition, especially within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.


Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
* Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
* Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates
* Ensure timely and efficient recruitment aligned with business needs.


Requirements

* Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 5 - 8 yers work experience.
* Proven experience in recruitment (manufacturing industry experience is a plus)
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple roles across various functions
* Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.
