We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Technical Operator
Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full-time


What will you do

* Operate, monitor and troubleshoot production machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and speed targets.
* Implement Autonomous Maintenance on machines at defined frequencies.
* Accurately document all tasks performed, including machine operation and maintenance tasks.
* Collaborate with Maintenance Technicians to resolve machine-related issues effectively.
* Apply all company-provided personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to Health and Safety regulations
* Prevent product cross-contamination by ensuring equipment cleanliness and hygiene standards.


Our Perfect Candidate

* Minimum OND in the Mechanical or Electrical Engineering field.
* At least three (3) years of relevant work experience as a Mechanical or Electrical Technician
* Detailed orientation.
* Ability to work shift rotation & extended work hours.
* High level of drive and initiative.
* Excellent ownership mindset.
* Good communication & interpersonal relationship skills.
