Job Title: Sales Representative (Healthcare Equipment)
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time


Job Responsibilities

* Identify and develop new business opportunities within the medical aesthetics sector (clinics, spas, dermatology centers, etc.)
* Promote and sell medical aesthetic equipment and products to prospective and existing clients
* Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for clients
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
* Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy
* Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and events
* Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM tools


Requirement / Qualifications

* Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, preferably in healthcare, dental, aesthetic, or wellness services.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent product knowledge of medical aesthetic equipment, industry, and specifications
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
* Excellent grooming and a professional demeanor suitable for a luxury medical environment.
* Knowledge of dental and/or aesthetic procedures is an added advantage.
* Clear, professional verbal and communication skills to explain complex technical details.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when needed.
