Sterling Homes Limited is a private limited liability company incorporated in, 2010, by the Corporate Affairs Commission, Abuja, Nigeria, under the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) 1990. Our incorporation number is RC.894767. We are a real estate housing development, investment and allied Services Company.

We are poised to do real estate excellently, reinventing the way real estate business is managed in Africa and giving customer service delivery a new outlook. Our mission is to be one of the top ten home providers for individuals and corporate bodies in the next five years. We buy lands, finance real estate deals, build or have builders build projects, create, imagine, control and orchestrate the process of development from the beginning to the end.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time


Job Summary

* We’re looking for young, energetic, and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executiveswith excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.
* The primary responsibility will be to bring in high volume new businesses and ensure installment payments are made accordingly.


Responsibilities

* Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers
* Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
* Delving into the HNI (High Net worth Individuals) community via networking, seeking new prospects.
* Generate revenue by identifying new business opportunities for the company.
* Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
* Analyze the real estate market and report findings with new suggestions on how to drive sales of company properties and products.
* Use the CRM to record all sales activities, calls, meetings, inspections, sales and other necessary information.


Requirements

* BSc / HND from a recognized Higher Institution
* Minimum of 2 years real estate sales experience, with a strong track record of excellent performance
* Good presentation skills using PowerPoint and any analytic tools.
* Good command of spoken English and written.
* Luxury Real Estate market analytical skills.
* Strong interpersonal and networking skills
* Ability to work with tight deadlines.
* Ability to work in teams.
* Ability to follow all required work processes.
* Strong and admirable networking skills.
* Must know how to write formal emails and letters using the right tone and words.
* Proximity to Ojodu-Berger is preferred.


Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 Monthly.
