Work Schedule: Morning & Night Shifts (Monday - Saturday)

Job Summary

* We are seeking a smart, professional, and client-focused Front Desk / Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact at our high-end residential facility in Ikoyi.
* The ideal candidate must be well-presented, articulate, and capable of providing exceptional customer service to residents and guests in a courteous and efficient manner.


Key Responsibilities

* Greet and attend to residents, guests, and visitors in a warm, welcoming, and professional manner
* Handle all front desk operations including phone calls, inquiries, and visitor logs
* Assist residents with complaints or service requests, ensuring prompt resolution
* Manage correspondence, packages, and delivery records
* Provide administrative support as required
* Maintain a tidy, professional, and organized reception area
* Report incidents or unusual activity promptly to management


Requirements

* Minimum of HND in any discipline
* 3–4 years proven experience in a customer service/front desk or hospitality-related role
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Presentable appearance with good grooming and etiquette
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
* Loyalty, discretion, and a high level of professionalism
* Ability to work both morning and night shifts as scheduled
* Problem-solving mindset with a calm and composed attitude under pressure
* Only qualified candidateswill be considered. Proximity to Ikoyi is an added advantage.
