Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive
Location: Tradefair, Lagos

Working Days: 6 days in a week (3 days onsite and 3 days remote)


Job Summary

* We are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our client team and elevate our client brand presence across digital platforms.
* The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty and wellness, a deep understanding of current digital marketing trends, and the ability to drive customer engagement and conversions.


Key Responsibilities

* Research on industry related topics
* Ability to develop and implement social media strategy for our Instagram, Facebook page, Twitter and Tiktok.
* Create and curate content for social media platforms that align with brands voice and tone while keeping up with the latest social media trends.
* Engage with customers on all our social media platforms
* Respond to comments and messages
* Monitor social media analytics, review and adjust strategy accordingly.
* Provide product information and recommendations. Close Sales and forward orders to operations manager.
* Take customers orders via WhatsApp and Social media channels and forward concluded orders to operations to execute.
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp and social media
* Take and resolve customer complaints and issues in collaboration with operations team (on logistics issue) and the CEO (on other issues).


Requirements

* OND/HND in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* 2–4 years (preferred in beauty or lifestyle brands)
* Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the beauty, skincare, or fashion industry.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, email platforms like Mailchimp/Klaviyo).
* Proficient in social media management and content planning tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva).
* Creative mindset with excellent communication and copywriting skills.
* Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
* Basic Salary
* N100,000 - N110,000 + 1% commission and extra 20,000 sales bonus monthly revenue exceed target (Suject to review)
