Job Description

* We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketer to join our team.
* The Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our products or services, attract new customers, and drive revenue growth.
* The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving measurable results.


Responsibilities

* Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to promote products or services.
* Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends.
* Create compelling content for marketing materials, including websites, blogs, social media, and advertisements.
* Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business goals.
* Identify and pursue opportunities for partnership and collaboration with other organizations.
* proficient in using microsoft packages.
* Test and optimize marketing tactics to improve performance and ROI.
* Develop and manage marketing budgets and expenditures.
* Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on marketing performance and ROI.
* Foster a positive and engaging brand image through all marketing channels.


Qualifications and Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing roles/sales with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
* Strong understanding of marketing principles, concepts, and techniques.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
* Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
* Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable outcomes.

* Must live close to Magboro


Salary
N150,000 - N180,000 / month.
