Summary

* We are currently recruiting Field Sales Agents for an exciting sales project with a leading telecommunications company. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident, goal-oriented, and eager to grow their career in field sales and marketing.


Job Description

* Promote and sell products directly to customers
* Engage and educate potential customers on product features and benefits
* Achieve set sales targets within specified timelines
* Represent the brand professionally in the field.


Skills / Requirements

* Minimum qualification: SSCE, OND
* Previous experience in sales or marketing is an added advantage
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Confidence and a persuasive personality
* Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment
* Basic tech knowledge or interest in technology
* Proactive and eager to learn and grow.


Compensation and Incentives

* Base & Variable pay: N150,000 / Month.
* Benefits: HMO and Pension
