Job Description

We are actively seeking a skilled and experienced Social Media Manager who fully understands their role and can take ownership of our online presence.
This is not an entry-level role. We're looking for someone strategic, creative, and results-oriented.
This is a fully onsite role – remote work is not allowed


Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM


Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute content strategies across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
* Create and edit engaging video content tailored for social media
* Grow our community and boost engagement through thoughtful storytelling
* Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
* Implement SEO best practices for content and platform visibility
* Stay updated on trends and digital best practices
* Manage posting schedules and digital calendars consistently


Requirements

* Minimum of 2 years proven experience in social media management
* Proficiency in content creation and video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, InShot, Adobe apps, etc.)
* Strong understanding of SEO, hashtags, analytics, and algorithms
* Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills
* Ability to work with little supervision and deliver results
* Must be available to work onsite, full-time per stated schedule
* Applicants must be experienced in social media management, video content creation, SEO, and community engagement.
