Job Title: Call Centre Representative
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time


Job Summary

The Call Centre Representative will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing information about products/services, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction to drive sales and Marketing team productivity.


Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
* Make outbound calls for follow-ups, feedback, or sales.
* Resolve customer complaints and provide accurate information.
* Record call details and maintain call logs or Customers Relationship Management)CRM entries.
* Meet personal/team targets for call handling and quality.
* Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments/officers.
* Follow communication scripts and company procedures.
* Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
* Adhere to shift schedules, break times, and daily workflows.
* Any other duties assigned by Management.


Qualifications

* Minimum of SSCE / OND (HND or BSc is a plus)
* 4 - 6 years experience in a customer service or call centre role preferred
* Training in customer relations is an advantage.


Key Skills & Competencies:

* Excellent communication and listening skills.
* Good command of English (and local languages if required).
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
* Patience and emotional intelligence.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Familiarity with CRM or call centre software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Zoho).
* Basic computer literacy (MS Office, typing).


Salary
N150,000 - N300,000 / Month.
