We are looking for a Head of Account
Responsibilities :

.Prepare daily, monthly, and yearly financial reports.
Ensure timely filings and statutory payments.
.Supervise accounts receivables, payables, and inventory.
.Manage the company’s working capital.
.Drive financial planning by analyzing performance and identifying risks.
.Maintain relationships with financial partners.
.Ensure compliance with financial laws and regulations.
.Promote collection efficiency and oversee budget processes.
.Prepare and monitor company-wide budgets.
.Maintain an up-to-date asset register and oversee asset transfers and disposals.
.Manage asset depreciation.
.Process monthly staff salaries, tax deductions, and related calculations.
.Use accounting software and ERP systems for accuracy and efficiency.
.Support external auditors with documentation and explanations.
Provide relevant management reports.
.Handle special projects and tasks as needed.

Qualifications :

.Minimum of HND or BSc in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
.Professional certification (ICAN, ACA) is an added advantage.

Required Skills :

.Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (ERPNEXT is an advantage).
.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
.Excellent verbal and written communication.
.Sound knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
