A leading company is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven female Business Development Executive to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research and lead generation
Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the company's reach
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Negotiate and secure deals by preparing and presenting proposals and presentations
Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and threats
Track business performance and make recommendations for improvement
